La canción oficial del Mundial Sudafrica 2010 se llama Wavin’g Flags y es interpretada por el cantante de Rap somalí K’naan Warsame.

La canción se llama “Wavin’ Flags” que traducido seria “Banderas Ondulantes“), esta canción ya es un exito en su continente pero no tuvo una gran recepción en el resto del mundo. Aunque los organizadores esperan alcanzar un exito similar al menos al que alcanzo la canción del mundial Italia 90 “Verano Italiano”

Keinan Abdi Warsame, más conocido como K’naan (que significa “Viajero”), es originario de Somalía, sin embargo, se mudó de pequeño a Canada. En las letras de sus canciones, el joven de 31 años hace referencia con orgullo a sus raíces africanas
